We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online English Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality English lessons tailored to individual student needs through online teaching platforms
Develop engaging lesson plans that promote active learning and language acquisition
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters confidence and motivation
Utilise various teaching tools and resources to enhance the learning experience
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and lesson notes
Adapt teaching methods for students with special educational needs or learning difficulties
Communicate effectively with students and parents (where applicable) regarding progress and areas for development

Requirements

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching English to Adults
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
Experience working with Adult students is highly desirable
Knowledge of specialised educational techniques for learners with additional needs is a plus
Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup for online teaching
Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple lessons efficiently
